LIABILITY RELEASE.
I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • I will assume all risk of injury and or death which may result from fishing in the Team Excel Tournaments.
  • I will release all Team Excel Sponsors, Directors, Owners and assistants from all liabilities from accident, injury or death that may have resulted in the  tournament series.
  • I will allow the tournament to use all pictures,  and names for the news media or advertising of the tournament.
  • I have read and understand all rules.

* $25 Membership Fee Required Per Person

Deposit:  A $50 deposit per tournament and Membership Fees will save your team a spot until 4/1/08.   Balance due 4/1/08 or deposit less membership will be returned.

Refund of deposit and or entry fees must be requested before the Weds. of each event. 
 

 

$10 Big Bass side pot is paid in morning
$20 Big Bucks side pot is paid in the morning
Side pots are 100% payback
