LIABILITY RELEASE.
I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • I will assume all risk of injury and or death which may result from fishing in the Excel Bass Tournaments.
  • I will release all Excel Bass Sponsors, Directors, Owners and Assistants from all liabilities from accident, injury or death that may have resulted in the  tournament.
  • I will allow the tournament to use all pictures,  and names for the news media or advertising of the tournament.
  • I have read, understand and will follow all rules.

2008 Excel Yearly Membership Fee: $25 must be included
Membership Fee is good for both Excel Bass Singles, Team and TNT Events
  (Big Bass and Big Bucks Pots will be paid on-site)
